Review PHILIPS MAGNAVOX Az Boombox Cd Dual Cassette Am fm Tested
This is a very nice Philips Magnavox AZ1602 AM-FM Stereo Radio, Dual Cassette Tape Player/Recorder and CD Player. The Dual Cassette section plays well on both Deck 1 and All of the switches and connectors were cleaned lubed. The antenna is straight, and the battery tray clean.
The CD section does not recognize CDs. If this item ships by FedEx or UPS, it cannot be delivered to a Post Office box. It performed well when recording from the radio. Cassette belts were checked and work as they should.
The unit has been cleaned inside and outside. The heads were demagnetized. The CD laser was cleaned, and the slide track lubed. The boombox uses 6 size batteries not included or the power cord included.
Deck 2 is the player/recording deck. SEE PHOTOS, The AM-FM radio works well and is very strong. The heads, capstans and pinch rollers were cleaned. Please for more vintage items.
