Cassette records voice and off of the radio plays at proper speed as you can hear in my video near bottom. Controls tape power off radio on. YouTube headphone jack not tested in video but it does work and disconnects the stereo speakers when using so to disturb others with your music.

This portable has normal usage minor scratches as you can see in my sunlight pictures, and the only flaw is that battery cover missing one of its two tabs hold battery on, seen video not a huge concern held on with tab I move it around batteries installed. This is a loud portable and what makes sound so good for it is, the five band equalizer.
