Details:

Besides needing a little TLC everything works and the tapes sound really good when they are played. Very rare and nice sounding, loud. They are not made like this anymore. There is also a crack where the am fm channels are as seen in images.

The telephoning is a bit heavier and has more bass. This piece of equipment was top dollar and one the line back in day. Sometimes there may be a little static in the knobs but with use it will go away. You can also record audio with the nice sounding built in condenser microphones, all functions work.

If you are a collector this is very hard stereo to find like with all the extra features. Macdonald instruments this is a beautiful boombox from instruments, with very shiny trim and tons of features. The led meters can be set to measure 4 different things: watts , VI levels, or tuning strength and battery. Two of the knobs are bent and can be straightened but there is one knob missing.

The 12v dc connection works perfect. Seriously, this thing is packed with knobs, switches, and ins outs. Good luck buying and have a great day.

The 120v ac adapter have been pushed in and needs repaired. It includes batteries and works perfect with. Please refer to images for condition.

This radio does not come with a cord.
