Not sure how to do the dubbing,but would assume if it recorded my voice,that record something else. Cassette player function as it should ,plays tapes with no varying speeds. Excellent sound quality for a boom box. 5 band equalizer works.

Tested tuner brings in stations. It plays on both ac and batteries. Just remove the cord to play on batteries. I put in a blank tape and talked it recorded my voice.

No damage and very clean. Listing a vintage Sony -cfs-w band equalizer cassette boom box. Overall good condition-excellent with little wear. Features 2 detachable speakers ,ac cord ,an antenna, excellent condition, battery compartment clean.
