See my other boombox offers too. Aux input works great too with an iPod, phone, or mp3 player. Very cool boombox from the late 80's. Theres very little wear on it.
Not muddy and imprecise like some of the lower-quality boomboxes Masonic, helix, etc. It Hans't seen very much use. Relies radios: Philips D8554 vintage ghettoblaster with 7 speakers.
All the features work. And, it sounds very bright, clear, and precise. I'm not sure if its a stain or what.
All the tape deck functions work correctly. Note, this is a 220v model, so Americans will need to use step-up voltage converter. A few scuff marks on the bottom where it contacts floor.
The cassette tape is not included. It doesn't have as much bass you would expect from an 8-inch woofer, but its still excellent sounding box. Comes with the original box, foam inserts, owners manual, and power cable. It can only be seen from certain angles.
It still has that new electronics smell. Some hair-line scratches on the tape door and tuner window. There is an arrow pointing to it in the photo. There are 7 speakers in this bad boy.
3 in each of the detachable speakers, and a big 8-inch woofer center. Also, the big woofer grill seems to have a little wear on paint. For a demonstration, watch my video below.
When I ship this, will put another box over the original.
