I also received several stations each on the shortwave bands. Unfortunately, this unit is missing both speakers. Please see photos and ask any questions. This was originally a 3-piece portable stereo with removable speaker.

This stereo is being sold as-is for parts/repair since both speakers are missing and the cassette player not functioning. The battery compartment appears to have a very small amount of corrosion on the contacts. Overall, it is very clean and in good condition for its age. Otherwise, nothing seems to happen when any buttons are pushed.

It also comes with a power cord. The antenna is intact and extends fully. The graphic equalizer sliders work as they should. It has 2-pin DIN plug-ins on the back.

I am including male 2-pin DIN plug-ins with about 6ft of wire. For sale is a rarely seen Magnavox model D8643 4-band stereo cassette boombox. Please see all photos closely. It powers on and receives many stations the AM FM bands.

The outer case has some minor scuffs and scratches but no major wear or obvious damage. This unit receives AM, FM, and two shortwave bands. The stereo function and light work well. All radio function appear to be working properly The cassette player does not at all.

These can be used to hook the system up stereo speakers of your choice. Overall, it is in very good physical condition. Other than the missing speakers, it appears to be complete. The door opens as it should.
