Details:
Spinning the flywheel to lower mechanism fixed problem so deck works again. Tape program skip functions are untested but the indicators light up. Both decks play, fast-forward and rewind without a problem.
Reel cassettes were for display purposes and are not included. Luckily the tape buttons are type that silver covers can be ed off and put back on or I wouldn have been able to get face of box without damaging it.
Box comes with a power cord that might not be the original came it but will work. From a short distance and or in certain lighting, you can't spot any of that.
It may need a head cleaner demagnetize. Full auto stop works and doors eject softly. 3: cosmetically, there are light scratches on the top of box and a rub spot left corner near tweeter. Up for sale is a Sharp GF-787 boombox in great working and cosmetic condition.
I tried to use it last night when testing the box and deck record play buttons locked up me cassette door was stuck closed.
