Details:

Both decks exhibit the same problems. Boombox powers up and am fm tuner works properly. Battery compartment is clean and door present. Vintage Fisher PH-W803 am fm dual cassette boombox for parts restoration.

Tuner dial adjusts smoothly and works accurately. When 'play' is pressed, a hum can be heard but nothing else happens. Detachable speakers lock unlock properly. Unit has been tested and several issues were found.

No large blemishes or damage. Controls and switches are all working. Volume control works smoothly but needs cleaned static. Both speakers sound good and are fully intact.

Both cassette decks are currently not functioning. Cosmetically, unit shows normal wear but is in pretty good condition overall. I did not diagnose the cause of cassette issues, but my guess would be that they need all new belts. Re FWD are also not working.

Antenna is broken at the end and appears to be missing last telescoping piece. The surround sound feature is also working properly. The eq sliders are a bit stiff and probably need cleaned. There are light scratches and scuffs throughout.

Antenna still works properly. Locking clips are intact and hold speakers securely. Rear panel of unit is in good condition.
