I did not test out doors. Unit is in good cosmetic condition with slight wear on it. Ask questions before buying.
Its a great sounding radio that is for camping, fishing or pool. I pushed the weather button and tried fine tuning band could not get strong signal inside. Batteries not included. Tested unit and am fm worked the antenna did extend without any issues.
