But it is red, shiny, and eye catching. The radio dial aluminum cover, have some scratches, and dings. Ask me for more detailed pictures if you want.

Battery compartment is clean like it never being used. But not many can say that, when it comes to old 1980boomboxes. The radio sounds fine, tuning is easy, antenna strong, and straight. The equalizer at first it was not really responding, but after cleaning, started working just fine.

Lola I personally think this thing is beautiful. Volume power you'll be surprised of how loud this thing is. Speakers this little full range are strong enough to hold the total volume of unit, as long you're not using too much bass. I set this one as offer instead of just buy, for the fun.

Scratches the case have some here, and there. I saw those little speakers bounce like nobody's business at just 3/4 of volume. The cassette player sounds very good now after being cleaned, and have new white grease on gears, moving parts, plus fresh belts. Let's say that it will bring color, and life to your collection.

Also is helps big time to get a better sound. You're looking at the Prosonic PST-2911 made in japan. The only thing with this cassette player, is that does not stop by itself auto working so you'll have to press when ends.

Back in the 80s your boombox must be big, or loud, beautiful some way like with lots of lights, and more buttons, meters. Otherwise, you're not cool. Plus it does put out a good sound considering the size.

Its not a common boombox to come across with, I can tell you that. Actually, I have other boomboxes, that the same problem too. And i'll say that the money used this boombox, is not spending, but an investment.

Of course medium size 80s boombox type good sound i'm amazed how it looks when I think its 30. Or 32 years old?. So please look at the pictures carefully. And of course. I'll say this one must be from late 1986, or unit is fully tested, and ready to bring more happiness your collection.

Also, there're a lot of scratches at the bottom boombox. No corrosion batteries door in nice shape, with original foam. Definitely a conversation starter.

I honestly believe this thing is worth the money.
