Details:

Power on this thing is a bit spotty, moving the cable around sometimes makes it cut out. This boombox needs a lot of work, from new tuning knob, to some heavy work on the cassette deck. However the bands inside are very worn, and will need to be replaced before this thing is usable.

The motor I can confirm for cassette deck is functional, it does turn. Not sure if the cable is bad or may need some work, but something to keep in mind. In all, I am selling this with the expectation that only one interested buying it would be someone looking for some replacement parts. Jvc 770 boombox, for parts.

Radio tuner does work, it picks up some things, and speakers both seem to be working.
