Takes 8 cell batteries and has power cord. Condition: power cord does work but should be replaced, it will lose if moved touched a certain way. Both tape decks and cd players work great.

Cd player offers continuous play between both players. One cassette deck has recording function. Could not get radio to work, FM stereo light will illuminate when first switched function but any sound station.
