It has excellent rich deep sound and powerful bass treble which is all fully adjustable.: very rare and fun. No scratches except where harness rubs on the back side when you wear it. The only thing that doesn't work is cassette player.

Original owner from 2001 this Jvc backpack boom-box still in really good condition. Takes 8 batteries for cordless wear. I've gotten a bit older over the years somehow, so its time to pass it on next gen. Weighs 13 pounds with batteries installed.

I used to wear this for roller disco believe it or not: loved every minute with stereo and was the hit at so cal beach bike paths. Nothing else like it was ever made. What cassette player does ever work and where would you find usable tapes to play anyway right. Otherwise it all works is complete with original manual.
