Details:

The antenna is straight and true, a 6 section unit that extends from 10 inches to fully extended 42. Cassette belt good. Cassette door has no spring will open and stay closed but on. The battery compartment is very clean.

I only ship to lower 48. Antenna looks to be original. This unit uses 6 size batteries not included, and also operates from fully attached built-in 110 volt ac cord. With care this vintage Panasonic RX-5015 should easily last another 50 years.

The door does latch firmly into closed position. The dimensions of this unit are inches wide with right side tuning dial included, height is a little over 9 and add about more handle in up position, width . And the cassettes doors spring is also gone. I received this unit with no counter.

Volume, balance, tone work in both speakers. Dial had been polished. Two items not perfect: cassette tape has no counter.

Cosmetically I would rate this unit an 8 out of 10 due to very slight scratches at the bottom one chrome speaker rims. I am pricing this unit accordingly. Without a cassette in the deck door falls open on its own due to gravity when unit is vertical position.

Unit does look very good. All internal solder connections solid. But there is no spring, on opening the door ejecting a tape will need your help when cassette in deck.

Switches and potentiates cleaned, unit inspected inside: speakers are good, no tears. Unit has been cleaned inside and out. The door will open by itself gravity when there is no tape in unit. The cassette works perfectly on play, fast forward, rewind, pause, but when there is a tape in unit and you push eject button have to put your finger behind side of door open it.

Good working Panasonic RX-5015 boombox 4 speaker system from the 1980 's. The cassette plays and records perfectly. The unit uses 13 watts of power, therefore I would estimate output to each speaker be in 5 watt range.
